Ed Phillips is a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum songwriter, producer, and artist manager with over a decade’s experience shaping music, talent, and creative projects at the highest level.
He began his career as a songwriter and producer, finding early success with RAYE’s breakout UK Top 40 single “The Line”, and has since worked with a range of top-level artists across pop, dance, UK garage, and underground club music.
Recent achievements include 2× platinum, 1× gold, and 1× silver-certified releases, hundreds of millions of streams, and a Grammy nomination for Fred again..’s “Leave Me Alone”.
As founder of Decent Mgmt, Ed manages a roster including Gold-certified UK Top 40 artist Badger, French DJ/producer Louis Bekk, and singer-songwriter Aidan Martin, blending creative direction, brand strategy, and career development.
In addition to management, Ed has expanded into publishing, developing ventures that bridge the UK and US markets in partnership with leading global music companies. This cross-market approach also drives his event work, including Across the Pond — a sold-out New York showcase series bringing UK dance culture to international audiences.
Known for a direct, active network with senior A&Rs and label presidents across the majors, Ed connects talent with world-class opportunities and builds projects with cultural impact and lasting value.
